摘 要 本研究针对我国现代养猪" href="http://cj.zhue.com.cn/jinrijujiao/" target="_blank">养猪业发展和种猪场现场育种管理的需要,以提高种猪选育准确性、改进育种生产效率和种猪质量为目标,运用家畜比较育种学原理和计算机应用技术,以Visual FoxPro6.0软件包为工具,开发出可运行在Windows9X/Me/NT/2000/XP等操作平台上的现代种猪管理软件。该软件按结构化方法进行设计,采用关系型数据库技术使数据的输入输出更为便捷;种猪评选采用多性状动物模型最佳线性无偏估计法(MT-AMBLUP)和多性状综合选择指数法,使种猪的遗传评估结果更为准确可靠;三大功能模块能完成不同规模种猪场" href="http://js.zhue.com.cn/yangzhujishu/zhudehuanjing/200808/26-42385.html" target="_blank">猪场选种、选配的育种要求以及生产经营任务。本软件经4个大中型种猪场试用,体现出技术先进、易于操作等特点,对实现种猪场育种工作和生产管理的自动化,提高育种生产效率,具有极大的促进作用。

Design and Application of Computer Assistant Breeding Software on Modern Pig Farm

Abstract: The Modern Pig Breeding Management System was developed aim to improve pig selection accuracy, ameliorate breeding efficiency and swine quality to match the development of modern swine farming in China and the demand of practical farm breeding management. This system was developed by Visual Foxpro6.0 software package in Window98 and can works in Window9X/ME/2000/NT/XP operate platform. The design and development process was accomplished according to structurize method which can fulfill all kind of breeding data input, query, output and print easily and expediently, also can input breeders data or print their geneal. card. Pig breeding value evaluate adopt multi-trait animal model best linear unbiased prediction (MTBLUP) according to National Pig Genetic Evaluate Scheme (test) and use select index method according to species and sexes respectively to gain selection accuracy, then assort in general performance, body score, fertility and growth performance within population so as the bases for seed selection and mating. 3 function modules can fulfill all pig selection, mating production and management tasks in differ size pig breeding farm. The software has been debugged and examined adequately and has been spread to four large or medium-sized pig breeding farms. The run for years proves the software is practicably, handy and can ameliorates breeding efficiency, accelerates swine breeding and production management hugely.

随着我国种猪生产向规模化、专业化和集约化方向的不断发展,每天产生大量的生产数据和育种测定数据,传统的种猪育种管理方法由于其数据信息处理效率不高,导致育种操作难度大,效率低下,逐渐成为制约种猪生产改良的瓶颈,而计算机辅助育种则适应现代育种发展要求,利用现代信息处理工具,能极大地提高育种效率,对种猪育种和生产提供有效帮助。因此,我们根据我国种猪生产的实际情况,结合现代比较育种学理论和计算机应用技术的发展趋势,本着技术先进、方法科学、操作性强、简单易用等原则,经过两年多努力,开发出了《现代种猪管理软件》,并经多个大中型种猪场试用,以期能为现代种猪生产者提供有益帮助。
1 系统的设计
1.1 开发过程 本系统的设计、开发按照结构化方法进行,分为:问题定义、可行性研究、需求分析、软件设计、软件编码、软件测试、软件发行与维护。
1.2 结构化分析
1.2.1 系统的数据流图 数据流图(DFD)是软件需求分析的基本工具,也是软件模型的一种图示方法。合理的数据流图可以减少软件开发过程中的错误,提高软件开发效率。本系统总体结构的DFD如图1所示。
